I purchased the replacement foam for my Plano all-weather case which came with cheap low density pluck out foam (I used to have to add additional foam on top to keep my gun in place). I purchased the 2" foam for the bottom of the case and 1" foam to cut out the silhouette of my double barrel shotgun. The Appalachian Tough foam is high density and great quality and the fit for my case was perfect and kept my shotgun secure during two air flights. Planning to buy a few more 1" foam sheets to configure for other shotgunns and rifles for this case.

My plano case came with the pop out Squares (which i hated) but Caroline Foams had a perfect fit replacement. It Was an awesome fit, i love it. Top notch all the way.
